Drag and Drive Enters a New Era as June 2025 Becomes the Most Historic Month in Street-Car Racing
The wait is over. After years of grassroots growth and grinding through the backroads of America, Drag and Drive has officially arrived—and the numbers don’t lie.
With 12 events across four countries and over 2,000 racers expected, the month of June 2025 is now recognized as the biggest month in drag and drive history. What was once a niche pursuit has become a full-blown worldwide movement—and fuel is thrown on the this weekend.
“There are only two days in the entire month of June that don’t have a drag and drive event,” says Mike Narx, founder of Drag Drive Repeat. “We’re talking about 2,000+ cars, thousands of miles of street driving, international competition, and some of the most passionate racers on the planet.”

Friday night’s Finale Party is open to the public and expected to be the largest drag and drive car show ever hosted, featuring every vehicle on the property.
Among the heavy hitters set to compete:
Bryant Goldstone, 2-time Drag & Drive World Champion, returns after last year’s inspiring overall win that included roadside repairs, a destroyed oil pan, and 35+ hours without sleep. His resilience and consistency made him the face of RMRW 2024.
Jason Hurley will debut Firebird 2.0, freshly painted and ready to shred.
Donavan Linwood rebuilt his Rowdy Radial Mustang from the ground up and is targeting 4-second timeslips.
