#racecarfriends Member update:
Goldstone brought the Javelin to Drop the Hammer
Sadly, he was out on Day One, saying “The car broke the hardened tip off of a titanium valve. We didn’t have what we needed to fix it there. This is something that has never happened to us, but I hear it’s happened to a lot of others before. We first thought it was a lifter so we tore apart to fix the lifter without even looking at the tip of the valve. Rob and I spent the day today (Sunday) putting it back together and getting it running. I also got the front and back painted for the Corvette today so it’s been a good weekend.”
