Dragzine’s Project Hustler Update!

If you saw the previous post about Dragzine’s Project Hustler, you know we are very interested in this project! Brian Wagner of Dragzine has commissioned Jon Moore of MooreSpeed Performance to build a 1600+ hp, drag and drive car with twin turbo 426 ci Gen 3 Hemi, with a goal of competing at Sick Summer 2026!

”The project is pretty unique and you know I like unique.”

Jon had this to say about the project: “I’m excited for this project, we’ve been talking about this since this past winter.  I have been buried between events and work so just getting started now. To my knowledge Brian hasn’t done [competed in, he has covered several] any drag and drives so I’m excited to see what he thinks of them.

The project is pretty unique and you know I like unique. I’ve never built a drag chassis to this level but I have been chomping at the bit to build one.  Probably because I’ve spent most of this year regretting not building more cage in the Crown Vic.  The gen 3 hemi in an old dodge is awesome to me.  Honestly the build is a bit of an adventure and I see the vision. The networking with all the people involved will be great as well.”

And he sent over these photos, saying that not even Brian has seen that many photos. And for those under a rock, Jon’s low 8 Second Crown Vic is included in the photos as well…
